It was not immediately clear how many people remained on the property, which sits on the border of the cities of Los Angeles and San Fernando. NBCLA attempted to speak with the homeowner on the property, but she declined to comment. Court documents show that Cruz Florian Godoy is the homeowner and does not have permits for the RVs. Tenants told NBC4 that Godoy has been charging them rent and in tough times waiving the cost all together.
