CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Downtown Cleveland construction is nothing new, especially for those who regularly step by the Euclid Grand apartments at 1101 Euclid Ave. But today, that scene changed, when a small garden bloomed with fresh flowers on Tuesday morning... in the center of the sidewalk.
And the hole has been there a while. According to Marek, who lives in the nearby Halle building, the hole has been there for about six months., stating “Now think of the Victory Garden we could plant here!!!” In the thread, Collier said that Euclid Grand may have been behind the garden. “I know they’ve been waiting on matching bricks since last summer,” Collier saidCollier said in a Twitter message that he thinks the garden popped up overnight.
