Star Wars reveals Count Dooku's true Sith form.

This article contains spoilers for Star Wars: Yoda #10 As a result of Darth Sidious’ betrayal in Star Wars, Count Dooku was killed by Anakin Skywalker. His death was the first of many murders that would slowly accumulate within Skywalker’s soul until his body physically corroded into the final form of Darth Vader, which is something that is seemingly destined for all who practice in the dark side.
Anakin Skywalker killed Count Dooku in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith during the rescue of Chancellor Palpatine . During their lightsaber duel, Anakin was able to slice off both of Dooku’s hands, effectively defeating him. While he should have brought Dooku in alive, the proximity of Palpatine’s dark side influence was too much for Anakin to counter, especially considering the fact that Anakin truly did want Dooku dead.
Count Dooku’s True Dark Side Form Is Star Wars’ Scariest Sith In Star Wars: Yoda #10 by Cavan Scott and Ibraim Roberson, Yoda is on Dagobah in exile when he’s visited by the Force Ghost of Obi-Wan Kenobi. This issue takes place not long before the events of Episode V, and Obi-Wan is trying to convince Yoda to stop blaming himself for the fall of the Jedi and the rise of the Empire, so that he can train Luke Skywalker in the ways of the Force.
While this version of Count Dooku is only one that exists in Yoda’s own mind, it’s not hard to imagine that this isn’t far from what would become of Dooku if he had lived, with Palpatine and Vader being prime examples themselves. Palpatine’s usage of the dark side made him look like a wrinkled corpse after getting a face-full of lightning courtesy of Mace Windu in Episode III.
The sight of the otherwise normal-looking Count Dooku aggressively wielding a lightsaber without hands while brandishing a mouthful of inhumanly viscous sharp teeth is absolutely terrifying. But beyond that, it’s how Dooku might have actually looked if he lived past Episode III, as every major Sith - including Darth Sidious and Darth Vader - experienced a physical change as a result of dark side usage.
