Two coalitions of states announced plans Tuesday for a pair of lawsuits against the U.S. Postal Service over changes that critics say could imperil the delivery of tens of millions of ballots in the November election.
“We will be taking action to reinstate Postal Service standards that all Americans depend on, whether it’s for delivering their prescription drugs or for carrying their very right to vote,”
