Strictly Come Dancing will pay tribute to Amy Dowden with a special routine as she makes makes her eagerly awaited return to the ballroom for the show's 20th year. S special group dance featuring all of the professional dancers will be showcased in the launch show this autumn to celebrate the significant comeback of the brave Welsh dancer. The spectacular Quickstep routine will place the bubbly star at the forefront as she captivates the audience alongside her fellow professional dancers.
I'm buzzing to see the whole team, for costumes, for dance routines, to meet the celebrities, the judges. Everyone's laughing at me because I am just smiling constantly. I'd like to dedicate this dance to my pink sisters who have supported me through the past year and to all those currently facing cancer.' Sarah James, Executive Producer, warmly welcomed Amy back: 'We are all so incredibly happy that Amy is back in the Strictly Ballroom.
