Strictly Come Dancing star Gemma Atkinson hit out at 'judgement' over bottle feeding
Stirctly and Emmerdale star Gemma Atkinson has defended her choice to stop breastfeeding as she gave fans a glimpse into life at home with her newborn son.
The Strictly couple, who met on the hit BBC show back in 2017, are already doting parents to their four-year-old daughter Mia, who they welcomed in July 2019.As Gorka, 33, is busy getting stuck into Strictly rehearsals in London ahead of the new series, which kicks off on BBC One this Saturday, Gemma has been giving fans an insight into how she’s getting on looking after two little ones.
Fans were quick to ask her if Tio is being fed using formula milk instead of breast milk and Gemma confirmed she has now made the switch to bottle feeding. “My choice to stop was because it was exhausting on my own. My boobs and back were quite sore knowing I had school coming up for Mia and knowing Gorka would be away in London, I knew it would be easier and less stressful on the bottle. And I’ve always said that’s how feeding should be.
