Strictly Come Dancing viewers were reduced to tears moments into Sunday night's show after the pro-dancers took to the dance floor with a special Remembrance Sunday routine, and a tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II.

Taking to Twitter to express their emotions, one fan commented on tonight's opening scenes saying: "Opening dance on #Strictly results. I'm bawling my eyes out."A third said: "Beautiful Tribute the brave men & women on Strictly so moving for all of us whose family fought so we could be free poignant that all the dancers turn to a photo of Queen Elizabeth II at the end.
