A Wind Advisory is in effect along the coast and San Francisco until 11 p.m. Monday for wind gusts 45-55 mph.In the afternoon, there could be an isolated shower in eastern portions of Contra Costa and Alameda counties but most places will remain dry the next 24 hours.Sunday was also a breezy day and many along the coast took advantage of the beautiful yet windy conditions."They're soaring in the air 10 to 15 feet. It's beautiful," said Craig Weber of San Francisco.
