Suppression de 3000 emplois chez Ford, incluant au Canada

Malheureusement, c’est ce qui se produit chez Ford alors que la compagnie prévoit éliminer 3000 postes à travers le monde cette semaine.
Les coupures affecteront du personnel aux États-Unis, au Canada et en Inde. En tout, 2000 salariés directs seront touchés, les 1000 autres postes étant reliés à des boulots réalisés à l’intérieur d’agences reliées à Ford, ont précisé le chef de la direction de Ford, Jim Farley, ainsi que le président directeur, Bill Ford, via le courriel.
Les coupures vont toucher une foule de postes et de types d’emplois, y compris aux achats, et vont concerner à la fois les divisions Ford Blue et Model e.L’entreprise a indiqué aux employés qu’en plus de supprimer des emplois, elle allait réorganiser et simplifier les fonctions au sein de son organisation.
