The lawyer for D.C. sniper Lee Boyd Malvo argued that his sentence of life imprisonment should be reviewed based on factors justices later held necessary when punishing juveniles

The lawyer, Danielle Spinelli, assured the high court on Wednesday that “We are nowhere near the prospect of him being released,” even if the justices rule in favor of Mr. Malvo, who was 17 when he and John Allen Muhammad killed 12 people and wounded.
