License plate readers alerted police in Marysville to a stolen car and a suspect wanted for a homicide in Pennsylvania.
Marysville Police Chief Tony Brooks told WSYX that while en route, officers learned it was connected to a suspect who was considered armed and dangerous. The chase ultimately ended near Bear Swamp Road. The driver and a passenger fled the vehicle but were found in different areas while hiding in weeds.
The name of the homicide suspect was not released, but Brooks said the homicide happened near Philadelphia this week. Police believe he was staying in Marysville.
