Sven Goran Eriksson is seen in an emotionally-charged documentary about his life away from the pitch on a day out at a lake near his Swedish home, revealing he's struggling to manage to visit anymore
Sven Goran Eriksson, the former England manager, has been battling with poor health, leaving him unable to visit the lake he loves deeply.
Anders also said: "Lake Fryken is beautiful. It is 90 kilometres long from south to north and it is a beautiful landscape. You can see that in the pictures. You can definitely fish in that lake too. However, sadly his condition does not allow Sven to do that any more. It is a hard time for him." Despite not going into detail about his condition, it was noted that Sven was too unwell to travel to London last week, as his daughter Lina disclosed that he was "deteriorating quite quickly".
When asked how he would remember Sven after he passes, Anders responded: "A nice and warm person is how I would remember him. And admirable because of all he has achieved. "I hope you will remember me as a positive guy trying to do everything he could do. Don't be sorry, smile. Thank you for everything, coaches, players, the crowds, it's been fantastic. Take care of yourself and take care of your life. And live it. Bye."As the film was released, director Claudia Corbisiero said: "That final message was a very emotional thing to do with someone. We left the room and made sure that it was something that he did by himself.
