Daniel Rooney revealed he had to sadly knock back another massive opportunity to play with Olly Murs - but still hopes to one day.
The Cambuslang singer who opened for Take That at the OVO Hydro in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity has revealed that he has since had to turn down the chance to play with Olly Murs.

Ross suggested Dan stand in for Olly Murs, who had travel issues, at the Take That Hydro show, and 20 minutes later, the Cambuslang singer was on stage in front of 14,000 fans.
“Ross really kicked it all off and it was an incredible thing he did. It was down to him obviously taking the chance and taking me over to the Hydro – he heard me when I was playing, so I must have been doing something right.” Ross said: “I absolutely love Daniel’s new single Old Ways. It shows off his wonderful talent as a singer/songwriter.
