This year's two-day event highlights classes in La Mesa and the new San Diego Oasis location in Rancho Bernardo
San Diego Oasis is inviting older adults to its two locations to test out classes like cardio drumming, line dancing and tai chi during its annual Taste of Oasis next week.
Both days will feature a series of free, 20 minute-long taster classes that visitors can try out before signing up as for the full-length classes.“Back to school season is for everyone, including our older adults,” said Simona Valanciute, San Diego Oasis president and CEO. “We encourage all Taste of Oasis attendees to try something new.
