Everyone has specific things they need to achieve the perfect workout. Maybe it's that the room has to be at a cool temperature or you just can't complete that last round of sprints on the treadmill. Or you need to wear the swim cap in the same color every time you get into the pool. The blue one just won't do; it has to be neon green.
