Some fans who battled hard to secure tickets for the dates of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Edinburgh were recently left worried that a promoter policy could scupper their chance to go.
Last year, Swifties across Glasgow were delighted to secure tickets for the massively in-demand Taylor Swift Eras Tour which is heading to the Scottish capital this summer.

Thankfully, it appears the top ticket site has confirmed a u-turn has been made, with emails being sent out by Ticketmaster this week announcing that the ‘lead booker’ policy has now been removed from the Edinburgh shows, meaning fans can rest easy. “The ‘lead booker’ policy has been removed, meaning that the person whose name is on the Ticketmaster account used to purchase tickets is no longer required to attend the event.The Eras Tour has been selling out massive stadiums across the world since March last year, with huge demand for tickets. Described by the Blank Space and Anti-Hero hitmaker as a journey through all of her "musical eras”, it is a tribute to the albums she has released throughout her 17-year career.
