One car contained a 62-year-old man who was driving and a 16-year-old girl who was a passenger in the back of the car.The other car was being driven by a 42-year-old man who was arrested in connection with a road traffic offence.Cops closed the road for around seven hours while investigations were carried out.
The investigation into the crash is continuing and officers are urging anyone who saw what happened or has dash cam footage of the area at the time to contact Police
