A 19-year-old is in hospital after turning up at a local pub with his 'throat slit'. Bar staff reportedly rushed to the young man's aid and he was blue-lighted to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
Officers are now appealing for information following the serious assault which happened over the weekend on Saturday, June 1, in the Murray Road area of the town.
