MacCracken was the 12th Coloradan to face federal charges for the Capitol breach.

A Telluride man pleaded guilty Friday to a felony charge for his actions during the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol breach, the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia announced in a news release.

According to the news release, MacCracken traveled to Washington, D.C., to protest the 2020 presidential election results certification, and about 2 p.m. was part of a large group on the West Plaza of the Capitol. In the 33 months since Jan. 6, 2021, over 1,100 people have been charged in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol.
