Hugh Douglas believes Terrell Owens’ recollection of their infamous fight in the Eagles locker room is inaccurate.
“I think T.O. Is forgetting a lot of the history with all of that that went down,” Douglas continued.
“That’s when I first started and I was on the morning show with Angelo [Cataldi]. Angelo was going in on him. “And the reason why Angelo was going in on him is because we had just played Dallas that weekend and T.O. wore a Michael Irvin jersey at the end of the game.” — that it was Douglas who instigated the fight when Owens was receiving treatment, implying that the wideout was overselling an injury.“The NFL is a brotherhood and I respect the brotherhood just like I respect any other brotherhood that I’m a part of. I respect that,” Douglas added.
