Tesco shoppers say 36p own-brand chocolate tastes SO good they won't buy Cadbury again
Supermarket giant Tesco has blown shoppers away with a 36p chocolate bar people are saying is 'better than Cadbury'. The own-brand Tesco chocolate may be cheap, but that doesn't impact its taste, according to shoppers.
Each 100g bar costs 36p, while a 110g bar of Cadbury's currently costs £1.35 at Tesco supermarkets. According to the ECHO, a 110g Galaxy bar will set you back even more, coming in at £1.50. Happy customers have been wowed by the value version, and have shared their findings on Tesco's website. Some shoppers are so impressed with the taste, they say they now buy this instead of premium competitor Cadbury.
