A once-buzzing Scottish nightclub that hosted the likes of Kylie Minogue and other music legends is now nothing more than an empty shell.
As reported by the Scottish Daily Express, Brechin regularly saw buses full of partygoers from Edinburgh and Glasgow keen for a night on the town — despite its population of around just 7,000. This was in part thanks to its somewhat exclusive atmosphere, with the club enforcing a 'no-trainers and no-denims' rule.
Even though Flicks' glory days are without a doubt legendary, at the end of the day they were fleeting.
