Every day, Barry Enderwick makes a sandwich for lunch. For most people, this would not be a notable event. But the 55-year-old San Jose resident has an audience of more than 300,000 TikTok followers watching him do it. That’s because on his popular SandwichesofHistory account, Enderwick is making no ordinary sandwiches. Rather than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, he’s having a Depression Era peanut butter and vegetable sandwich.
