Stepping Hill is facing major issues with its estate.
A hospital in Greater Manchester is facing a £90 million bill to fix a "significant backlog" of repairs.
The Trust is given a total of £14 million a year to deal with issues to its estate and other matters such as replacing equipment, and maintaining the hospital's IT set up. "We have got a significant backlog maintenance problems so whatever allocations we receive will not cover that."
