The health department's $300 million campaign to 'inspire hope' about coronavirus is highly irregular and has raised red flags, according to a POLITICO report
The department is proceeding with interviews of celebrities like actor Dennis Quaid and singer CeCe Winans in its multimillion-dollar effort to "defeat despair" about the coronavirus, POLITICO's Dan Diamond scooped on Friday.
