MCU box office and Rotten Tomatoes are trending down, especially with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, creating 4 big problems for Phase 5 to fix.
After the impressive success of the 23 movies in Phase 1-3, the MCU finally hit a few major stumbles following Avengers: Endgame, culminating in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania getting a "Rotten" score in Rotten Tomatoes and crashing at the box office, resulting in four big issue the Marvel Cinematic Universe needs to fix in Phase 5.
It's important to point out most of Phase 4 happened during the pandemic, but since most of those movies were also introducing new and unproven characters, it's hard to know just how much more they would have made without theater restrictions.
