The default took place between April 6, 2020, to April 5, 2022. Giltbrook Carehomes Ltd liquidated at the start of 2023 and the care home is now operated by a different business. Nordyc Ltd, formerly known as AA Decorators and Painters Limited, which was previously on Radford Road, Nottingham, was also fined. The firm defaulted between March 27, 2019 to June 30, 2019, and October 1, 2019, to June 30, 2020.
Groundworks company Waverley Project Services Limited, formerly known as Midland Construction Management Limited, was previously based on Nottingham Road, Basford, and was liquidated earlier this year. The firm defaulted £264,078 between February 1, 2018, to January 31, 2019, and was penalised £184,854.60.
Dentist Arjang Hedayaty Khams, who had worked from Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, did not pay the right amount of tax from April 6, 2013, to April 5, 2018. HMRC said he owed £35,602.29 and was penalised £20,026.25.
