Don Cowie refused to point the finger of blame at Jack Hamilton for the Ross County keeper's calamitous mistake.
The Dingwall boss said: "Well, he's disappointed in terms of the manner of the goal. I don't think that was the reason we lost the game. I think he played really well, apart from that one moment. And so we're not going to get too caught up in it. County remain eighth in the Premiership but have the four teams beneath them closing in after a seventh defat of the campaign. Cowie said: "We conceded really early. It's important to try and keep yourself in the game for as long as possible. And I thought we had done that. But then we concede a really sloppy second goal, which makes it a real challenge at that time.
