The sweet reunion came as the former bandmates appeared on Loose Women and This Morning respectively, and had a chat during the handover between shows.
The duo shot to fame as part of S Club Juniors and then The Saturdays in the 00s, but have since both turned their hand to the world of TV - with Frankie a regular panelist onAnd their roles saw them share a sweet exchange live on television on Tuesday as they greeted each other as the Loose Women panel spoke to This Morning about what to expect from the show.
Frankie then replied with: 'Hi Babes!', before Rochelle said: 'We're talking through the walls,' referring to the neighbouring ITV studios where the shows are filmed. She also candidly revealed that her priorities have changed now that she's a mother, telling The Sun she no longer works weekends as 'they are for my kids'.
Sweet greeting: Appearing thrilled to reunite with her former bandmate, Rochelle, 34, waved at her pal and blew kisses, before excitedly saying: 'Hi Frankie', as her pal waved back 'It is possible to do it without one member but I think if it was two or three, I don't think The Saturdays would be The Saturdays.
