Or put another way, besides a timely reference that occurred in the opening episode of the latest season of CBS All Access’Well in the CW’s wheelhouse and at the heart of the DC Universe, the Geoff Johns and Greg Berlanti developedis a lot of high production value light-hearted fun that’s full of the kind of Easter eggs that comic geeks like myself love.
Like I said, the Johns, Berlanti, Sarah Schechter and Melissa Carter EP’d series based on the character first introduced in the comics in 1999 is fun and very family friendly with Bassinger confidently coming more and more into her own as a superhero as a new JSA is formed.
