TheVoiceAustralia winner Lachie Gill hasn't heard from 'mentor' Rita Ora since finale
Lachie Gill won The Voice Australia this year and while he may be on cloud nine from his victory, he has revealed he hasn't heard from his mentor from the show, Rita Ora.
"I am going to be completely honest with you, I have not spoken to her since the show which maybe is a bit sad for everyone, but also I totally understand that she is one busy woman," he said.Lachie added: "I have not really bothered to try and reach out and contact her because I sort of know that she would have a pretty busy schedule."
Moments after Lachie won The Voice, he said with joy: "Oh my God! From the start, I just never, ever would have expected this. I'm just blown away. Thank you so much. Wow. Thank you." "I feel like this is just the beginning for you. Congratulations. I'm so happy for you I can't breathe!"It comes after judge Rita opened up on her relationship with new husband Taika Waititi, saying she finally has her fairytale ending.
