Both lead actors acknowledged that they aware some of the fanbase wants it to happen, with Maggie actor Lauren Cohan stating "the world wants love", something Morgan puts down to the characters' "undeniable chemistry" as he added: "The fact that people can see those characters together is because there is chemistry."
While Morgan understands that there are fans who want the characters to get together, he admitted that he does find it a bit weird. "I am incredibly amused by it," he said. "I find it fascinating that people are shipping them because when I watched the show and when we were playing these scenes, what's really fascinating is that she might kill me at any minute, or he may kill her.
