Theatre-goers could be banned from singing when The Bodyguard show returns to Glasgow next year after several incidents of anti-social behaviour at the popular show.

Now, theatres are taking additional steps to ensure the show goes ahead without disruptions, reports LancsLive. The warnings come after a performance in Manchester of the award-winning musical was abandoned due to unruly behaviour from audience members inside the theatre. Police even attended the scene at the Palace Theatre as two women were escorted out of the venue by stewards, having upset staff and other audience with their loud singing and disruptive behaviour throughout the show.
The incident saw lead actor Aiden Callaghan, who is also playing bodyguard Frank Farmer, take to Twitter to explain: "Theatre pulled the show at the end tonight because of disgusting behaviour. We wanted to carry on but it had become a major incident."
