Two men have finally admitted their involvement in a criminal plot to steal £750,000 worth of luxury cars from driveways - including the Range Rover of I’m a Celeb host Declan Donnelly. Charlie Kavanagh, 28, and 30-year-old Ryan Crafts had previously denied their involvement in the conspiracy.
The pair were part of a sophisticated criminal network that targeted "high-value cars" from the driveways of unsuspecting victims. Previous hearings were told that the £70,000 black Range Rover of I’m a Celeb presenter Dec, who on Tuesday night won the Best TV Presenter gong at the National Television Awards for the 22nd year in a row with Ant McPartlin, was targeted by the gang.
“The reasons were that there were a large number of individuals identified by police as being involved in the theft of high-value cars, usually from people’s driveways. We would have heard that many of these individuals had pleaded guilty to the conspiracy to steal cars. “I want to thank you all very much. I am extremely grateful to you for all having indicated your willingness to be involved in this trial.
