Bedrock City hosts a free mini comic book/pop culture convention at No Label Brewery in Katy.This weekend's Bedrock City comic-con in Katy has been postponed due to the threat of rain.The free event was scheduled for Saturday at No Label Brewery.
"This is a largely outdoor show, and we are at the mercy of the weather. Because it will be raining consistently through Saturday morning , causing it to be wet and muddy for our vendors, we are forced to postpone the show," reads a"No one is more disappointed than we are, but we are excited to proceed with the mini con on a new date in the very near future."
The third annual event was to feature an autograph signing by Marvel and DC Comics artist Pop Mhan, whose credentials include"Ghost Rider,""Flash" and"Batgirl." More than 50 vendors and food trucks were expected on-site. The new date has yet to be announced but will likely be next month.
