Thousands in Ohio rallied Friday against a November ballot issue that would legalize abortion.

COLUMBUS, Ohio —Priests led the Rosary as crowds marched, while others in the parade recited the Lord’s prayer.

"We’re here to defend the defenseless. Life is at stake. And this ballot proposal to our constitution is radical and dangerous," she told WSYX. "He’s a big, shining example that all life is valuable. Everyone should have the right to have their life," she said.Sen. J.D. Vance and Lt. Gov. Jon Husted, who is adopted, helped fire up the crowd.

"But she chose an adoption, and I'm here today. And so now you know why I'm here. And now you know why I feel strongly that we all need to vote no on Issue 1." "You know how they know when they found a brothel, 2,000, 3,000 years old, ladies and gentlemen? It's where they find the skeletons of newborn babies," he said. "And you know why that is? It’s because whenever we allow powerful people to prey on women in our country or in our world, it's the newborn babies who always suffer next."
