“The train companies say their hands have been tied by the Government. While the Government, which does not employ us, says it’s up to the companies to negotiate with us.
“The Government has demonstrated it is being reasonable and stands ready to facilitate a resolution to rail disputes. It’s time the unions came to the table and played their part as well. There is one train per hour in both directions between London Marylebone and each of Aylesbury via High Wycombe; Banbury; and Oxford Parkway.This will be repeated on Saturday, except there will be up to two trains per hour between London Marylebone and Aylesbury/Aylesbury Vale Parkway.: A very limited service is in place during RMT strike days.
