For the first time since 2017, Ohio State men's gymnastics posted a top-five finish in the NCAA championship.
The Ohio State men’s gymnastics team finished fifth at the 2022 NCAA championship in Norman, Oklahoma, with a team score of 399.326. It marks the first time since 2017 that the Buckeyes have posted a top-five finish.
Jesse Tyndall was seventh in the all-around competition , securing All-American honors for the second-consecutive season in that category. Justin Ah Chow was named an All-American on parallel bars with a season-high score of 14.233 and a stuck dismount to tie for fifth. And Trevor Cummings earned All-American status by placing eighth on the pommel horse with a 13.600.
