Authorities are investigating a hit-and-run crash on Manor St. in Lancaster.
Juan Arvelo, 21, Ceniah Simmons, 18 and Krisshon Giles, 17 were charged with the shooting death of Richon Strain-Hankerson, 26, from Harrisburg.
At 9:48 p.m., officers were also dispatched to the 2400 block of Market Street for a report of a gunshot victim -- the two locations were within blocks of each other. Two minutes later, the same group headed south across Market Street and began traveling onto South 20th Street toward Zarker Street, where the shooting occurred another two minutes later.
After the gunshots were fired, the car quickly drove away and the group of ten, including the four who fired gunshots, reportedly ran in an eastbound direction.
