The San Antonio area may see some general thunder, though no severe storms are expected.
Meteorologist Bob Fogarty said San Antonio is on the edge of the weather pattern, so precipitation probably won’t make it as far west as the Alamo City. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms and hail for San Antonio, but they are unlikely, Fogarty said.
East Texas, near areas such as Lexington, will likely see severe storms tonight between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m. A Pacific front will move through the area around midnight, bringing windy conditions and lower humidity for the next few days. The week will stay dry and warm in the mid-80s until a weak front moves through the area Thursday, Fogarty said.
