Ticketmaster has issued an apology to BillieEilish fans following WhereDoWeGo? tour presale chaos
The 17-year-old goth-pop star herself responded on her Instagram story, where she told fans, "You guys broke ticketmaster lmaoooo but we fixed it. If you got a pre-sale code but weren't able to use it this morning, check your texts and get them tickets. For everyone else, tickets go on sale tomorrow. Love you."
General onsales began this morning for the arena tour, which kicks off on March 8, 2020 at Miami's AmericanAirlines Arena. She'll hit major cities like New York, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia and Los Angeles before heading to South America, Europe and the U.K. Ticketmaster also angered Eilish fans back in May, when one of the singer's Chicago tour dates was moved to a larger venue to satisfy demand. In the process, some fans who had scored floor seats to the original venue claimed they were abruptly reassigned to the nosebleeds in the new one.
