The defender reacts to the mauling in Munich as Scotland aim to bounce back against Switzerland
Kieran Tierney insists Scotland maintain belief of qualifying from the group stages of a major tournament for the first time after their sobering defeat to hosts Germany in last night's opening game of Euro 2024.
The Tartan Army descended on Germany in their droves to back the team but Steve Clarke's side didn't turn up at the Allianz Arena, leaving huge question marks ahead of the remaining games in Group A against Switzerland in Cologne on Wednesday night and Hungary next Sunday in Stuttgart. "It’s about the next two games and believing we can do it. I know we’ve got the quality in the squad to go on and do it and to give a better account of ourselves, for sure.”
