The Canadian coffee chain is set to open two new stores later this year
Following the announcement at the end of 2022 of a new Tim Hortons restaurant and drive-thru set to open at Aintree Shopping Park, Tim Hortons has announced it will open a second drive-thru restaurant on Great Homer Street in Liverpool.
The new sites will open to the public later this year. Tim Hortons, known for its coffee, doughnuts and Timbits will have seating for up to 78 guests, a drive-thru and delivery options available in its Great Homer Street store.The new Great Homer Street restaurant will create over 50 jobs and offer a combination of full-time and part-time roles.
Kevin Hydes, Chief Commercial Officer of Tim Hortons franchise in the U.K commented: “Liverpool has been one of our most demanded areas to open in and we are thrilled to have two new drive-thru restaurants coming to the area soon. "Opening on Great Homer Street will make the brand more accessible to those amongst the hustle and bustle of the city. Liverpool has such a great energy with a lot going on, and we are excited to introduce the taste of Canada to all those in and around the area.
"We are proud to be creating another 50 jobs in the area and encourage those in Liverpool to keep an eye out for our latest vacancy postings. We anticipate both restaurants will be a bit hit, and we look forward to sharing further news soon."
