Police in Flagler County arrested two after they say they attempted to extort Robert Tebow.
, the arrest warrant says that Robert Tebow visited a Duval County doctor’s office in the spring of 2022 “to inquire about receiving treatment.” The warrant says that after Tebow waited “an extended period of time,” without being seen, he decided to leave. A few months later, the warrant said Robert Tebow was contacted by Alves Marciano who claimed to have a new treatment. It said she offered to go to Tebow’s home for a demonstration, and that Marciano Kosiniuk accompanied her.
“The victim agreed and his wife , who was present for both treatments, gave a personal check for the amount,” the warrant reportedly reads. The warrant says that Marciano did not return to perform the treatments over the next several months, and gave Robert Tebow excuses as to why she couldn’t be there each time. Tebow then reportedly began to ask what he should do until his next treatment, and police says Marciano gave him instructions and told him to send her videos so that she could see if he showed progress.
Robert Tebow then reportedly sent her a series of videos, but did not hear back from Marciano. That is when he said that Marciano Kosiniuk contacted him on Oct. 25, 2022 and threatened that he would release the videos if Tebow did not pay $120,000. Police say that, during the investigation, Marciano Kosiniuk eventually agreed to lower his price to $21,615.
