Nebraska, like Maine, doesn’t reward its Electoral College votes on a winner-take-all basis, and instead awards two votes to the statewide winner, and one vote to the victor in each district. There’s a small shot the Electoral College could end in a 269-269 stalemate, with one vote deciding the fate of the election—meaning Nebraska’s Second Congressional District could play a role.
