26 year old Ciaran Hurl died after the motorcycle he was riding was involved in a collision with a lorry
Police have confirmed that the man who died after a collision in Toomebridge this morning was 26 year old Ciaran Hurl.
Ciaran, from the Moortown area is the 46th person to die on our roads this year after the the motorcycle he was riding was involved in a collision with a lorry shortly before 6am.Read more:Young man dies following crash involving lorry and motorcycle A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police can confirm that the man who died in a collision on the Blackpark Road in Toomebridge this morning, Thursday 17 August, was 26 year old Ciaran Hurl.
"Ciaran, who was from the Moortown area, was the rider of a motorcycle involved in a collision with a lorry shortly before 6am."A full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision is ongoing. Officers would appeal to anyone with any information or who may have dash-cam footage available to contact them at the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 201 of 17/08/23.
