The Only Way is Essex star Amber Turner shared her beauty secrets with fans, including the £35 Sol de Janeiro body oil that gives her skin a naturally bronzed glow
With sunnier days on the horizon and our favourite denim shorts calling our name, it’s time to start thinking about prepping our skin for summer. A winter spent bundled up usually means our limbs will be looking a little worse for wear, and now is the perfect time to tackle dryness and, of course, how pale we’re looking.
Posting on her Instagram stories, the TOWIE star posted a snap of herself on a photoshoot for TOWIE, writing: “One of my most asked questions after posting this picture was what product did you use for the glow!” She then added: “Obviously it’s the Sol de Janeiro Glow Oil! This stuff is incredible and smells soooo nice!”
Instagram As well as leaving your skin feeling hydrated and soft, it also has a light shimmer to it which reflects the light, giving you a fresh-out-the-sun glow. You can use the body oil everywhere for an all-over shimmer, or use it to highlight high points like your shoulders and collarbones. If you’re worried about colour transfer, SDJ recommends applying it directly to clean dry skin, and skipping your moisturiser altogether before you apply it. This allows it to soak into your skin rather than sitting on the surface of your moisturiser, meaning it's less likely to rub off on your clothes or sheets.
