JUST IN: The Philadelphia Phillies are finalizing a deal to acquire right-hander Noah Syndergaard from the Los Angeles Angels, sources told ESPN's Jeff Passan.
Syndergaard, 29, is 5-8 with a 3.83 ERA in 15 starts for the Angels this season, his first with the team after signing a one-year contract as a free agent in the offseason.
