Universal Pictures has dropped a brand new Trolls Band Together trailer for its upcoming animated threequel.

The video highlights a big family reunion for Anna Kendrick’s Poppy and Justin Timberlake’s Branch as they both meet their respective long-lost siblings. Branch’s past as a former boy band member gets revealed after his brother John Dory suddenly arrives to enlist his help in saving their brother Floyd from captivity. The trailer also provides fans a snippet of NSYNC’s newest song in over two decades titled “Better Place.”Trolls Band Together is directed by Walt Dohrn and Tim Heitz.
The threequel will also introduce new cast members in the form of Troye Sivan as Floyd, Eric André as John Dory, Daveed Diggs as Spruce, Kid Cudi as Clay, Amy Schumer as Velvet, Andrew Rannells as Veneer, Camila Cabello as Viva, Zosia Mamet as Crimp, and RuPaul Chares as Miss Maxine. “After two films of true friendship and relentless flirting, Poppy and Branch are now officially, finally, a couple ! As they grow closer, Poppy discovers that Branch has a secret past. He was once part of her favorite boyband phenomenon, BroZone, with his four brothers: Floyd, John Dory, Spruce, and Clay. BroZone disbanded when Branch was still a baby, as did the family, and Branch hasn’t seen his brothers since,” reads the synopsis.
Trolls Band Together is produced by Gina Shay.
