Former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson accused Donald Trump’s ex-attorney Rudy Giuliani of groping her on the day of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
Giuliani's spokesman said in a statement to CNBC that it is"fair to ask Cassidy Hutchinson why she is just now coming out with these allegations from two and a half years ago, as part of the marketing campaign for her upcoming book release."
Charles Burnham, a lawyer for Eastman, in a statement to CNN called Hutchinson's accusations"libelous."
